Trikaya Developers Private Limited

We are located out at Khadakwasla, which is a bit of a drive from the main Pune city. Our address is M.No 862, at Gate No 3 of Bannkar House. It is near Laxman Wasti and quite close to the CWPRS. It is a bit quieter out here compared to the city center, which we actually like. Trikaya Developers Private Limited has been based here for a while. We aren't in a shiny glass tower. We work out of Bannkar House, which feels more like a home than a corporate office. It is a practical place for us. Being near the CWPRS is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We spend our time working on various development projects. The pace of life in Khadakwasla is a little different, and our office reflects that. We just do our work without a lot of fuss. There are no marble floors or fancy receptionists here. Just us in our office near Laxman Wasti. It is a local operation through and through. We know the area well and we like being part of this community. Sometimes the cows wander nearby, and it’s just that kind of place. We focus on our building projects and try to keep things simple for everyone we deal with. It is just how we prefer to run things. It’s a bit dusty but we don't mind much.
