Triaa Skyscrapers LLP is based in the City Bay building on Dhole Patil Road in Pune. We are on the fourth floor, in unit 401A. The address is actually quite a mouthful with all the survey numbers and final plot details, but most people just know it as the City Bay building near the center of town. Dhole Patil Road is always buzzing with activity, which suits us just fine. We spend our days dealing with the complexities of building high-rises in a city that is growing as fast as Pune is. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office and various sites around the city. We don't have a polished mission statement or a fancy way of describing what we do. We just look at the land, look at the plans, and try to make sure everything comes together properly. Our office is a working space, so it’s often a bit messy with blueprints and half-drunk cups of tea. We have a lot of practical experience on the team, and we prefer to let the buildings speak for themselves rather than using a lot of marketing talk. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit stressful when deadlines are tight or the weather doesn’t cooperate. We’ve been at this address for a while and we’ve become a part of the daily life in this part of Pune. If you’re ever on the fourth floor of the C building, you’ll find us there, just working through the latest set of challenges.
