Trenfcon Buildcon Llp is based out of Hadapsar, right on Solapur Road. If you know the area, we're in the Amar Lata building, specifically Flat D/5 on the first floor. It's tucked away behind Neelkamal Karyalay, so it can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely. We started this thing because we saw a lot of growth happening around Pune and wanted to be part of the physical side of it. Most days, we’re just busy dealing with site plans, talking to workers, and making sure the supplies show up when they're supposed to. Construction is messy and there are always surprises, but that is just how the job goes. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular office where we sit down and look at blueprints or handle the paperwork side of the buildcon business. The team here grew up around these streets, so we know how the traffic is and how the local weather affects the work schedule. Sometimes the rain slows things down on the Solapur Road side, which is frustrating, but we just pick it up the next day. It’s hard work, and honestly, some days are longer than others. We just keep at it, focusing on one project at a time in the Hadapsar area and trying to stay organized. That's pretty much who we are, just people working in the building trade, doing what we can to keep the projects moving.
