Our place is at Plot No. 110, Vinayak Carpet, in the Akurdi area. We are right across the road from the Bajaj Auto factory, which is a landmark that everyone knows. This part of town is very industrial, so you’ll see lots of trucks and factories all around us. Toyota Material Handling India is based here, and we focus on things like forklifts and other equipment used in warehouses. The office and the space we have here are built for work. It’s not a place for luxury. We spend our time talking to people who run big storage yards and factories. They need equipment that works, and we help them with that. The guys on our team have been doing this for a long time and they know the technical details inside out. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy because of the traffic on the main road, but we don't mind it. It’s a busy environment and that’s what we’re used to. We don’t have a team of people writing fancy slogans for us. We just explain how the machines work and what they can do for a business. It’s very direct. Being in Akurdi is great because we are right in the middle of all the industrial action. We just come in every day, handle the inquiries, and make sure everything is running as it should. It’s honest, steady work and we’ve been at it for quite some time now without any unnecessary fuss or bother.
