TOWNSIP HOUSING PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is actually a twin bungalow, C23, located within Ivy Villas. We are in the Gat No 690 to 710 area of Pune. It is a bit different from a regular office building since it feels more like a house. We have converted the rooms into workspaces for Townsip Housing Private Limited. There is a bit of a garden out front which is nice when we need a break from the computer screens. Being in the 412207 area means we are a bit away from the main city traffic, though it still gets busy around here during peak hours. We have desks set up in what used to be the living room and the bedrooms upstairs. It makes the workday feel a little more relaxed than being in a skyscraper. We spend a lot of time discussing housing layouts and checking on various construction schedules. Most of the people working here live nearby in Pune, so the commute isn't too bad for them. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a receptionist. If you come by, you just walk up to the bungalow door and knock. We usually have a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area for whoever wants some. It’s a quiet place to work, and we like that we can open the windows for some fresh air. It’s just us, a few computers, and a lot of paper plans spread out on the tables.
