Tk Promoters And Developers Privatelimited operates out of Flat No 15 in the Praniti Co-Op Housing Society. We are located at S No 81A/2, Plot No 15 in Aundh. It is more of a residential setting than a big glass office tower, which actually suits us just fine. Aundh is a busy area but being in a housing society gives us a bit of a local feel. We have been working on various development things from this flat for some time now. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of files everywhere. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see us just working through the daily grind of planning and coordinating.
