We are based in the F Building of Rohan Nilay, specifically in unit 201. Tiger Steel Engineering I Pvt Ltd is located near Spicer College in Aundh. It’s a nice part of Pune. The building is easy to spot once you get into the lane. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. Working in Aundh is convenient because everything is close by. Our office is on the second floor. It’s a basic setup with some old desks and a few newer computers. We have a small balcony where we sometimes go for a quick breath of air. The atmosphere is pretty quiet inside, even if the college area gets busy outside. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We just have what we need to get through the day. Most of us have worked here for years. We know the security guards and the people in the other offices. It feels like a small community. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day. The work is mostly technical, so we spend a lot of time staring at screens. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home. It’s a practical way to run a business. If you ever need to find us, just look for Rohan Nilay. We are the ones usually staying a bit late to finish things up. It’s just how things go here.
