THEVAR AND MHETRE CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in the MIDC area of Bhosari. T-102 is our spot. Being in an industrial zone like Bhosari means we’re surrounded by factories and workshops. It’s noisy and dusty, but it feels right for a construction company. We don’t have a plush carpeted office. It’s concrete floors and metal chairs here. We spend our days coordinating projects across Pune. It’s a lot of logistics. Getting trucks through Pune traffic is a nightmare sometimes. We just deal with it. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just a couple of people who know how to build things. We talk to the workers in the same way we talk to everyone else. No pretense. Our office walls are covered in maps and schedules. Sometimes we lose track of time when we’re trying to solve a problem on a site. We’ve had some long nights here. We don't have a fancy mission statement. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. People in Bhosari know us. We’ve been around the MIDC for a while. It’s a practical way to earn a living. We focus on the bricks and mortar, not the branding. If the work is good, people will notice. That’s pretty much it. We don't even have a proper sign outside sometimes, just the name on the door. It keeps things simple. We spend more time on the site than in the chair anyway. We like it that way.
