THEKKA BUILDTECH CORPORATION LLP is located in the Old Sangavi area of Pune. Our office is in a bungalow called Kalpvruksha, which is on the main road in Sangam Nagar. It is a pretty recognizable spot if you are driving through S.No 4/1/83. Working out of a bungalow is nice because we have a bit more space than a standard office cubicle. We use the RM-1 section for all our buildtech work. Pune is a fast-growing city, and Sangavi is no exception, so there is always a lot of activity on the road outside. Inside, it is mostly us sitting around a large table looking at technical drawings or talking to clients about their site requirements. We have been here for a bit, and the office is filled with the usual stuff like computers, printers, and old project files. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything. Most of the time, we are just in regular clothes because we might have to head out to a construction site at any moment. The main road can get quite jammed during rush hour, which is when we usually catch up on our emails or sort out the billing. It’s a straightforward business. We manage the technical side of building projects and try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. It is a lot of coordination between the architects and the guys on the ground.
