The Fern Samali Resort Booking Office

We've been running this booking office for a while now over here in Yerwada. It's tucked away in Pratik Nagar, specifically the North Wing of the Mittal Housing Society. Most people just call or stop by when they need to figure out their stay at The Fern Samali. It’s part of Concept Hospitality, so we handle a lot of the paperwork and questions folks have before they head out to the resort. The office is on the 6th Cross, not too hard to find if you know the area. We spend most of our days staring at screens or talking on the phone with guests. It gets busy during the holiday season, but that's just how it goes. Sometimes the tea runs out before the morning is over. We try to keep things organized, though things can get a bit hectic when several bookings come in at once. It's just a small team of us working in this wing. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that since it's mostly for the back-end stuff. If you're looking for us, we are right there near the 411006 pin code area. It’s a quiet enough spot most days. We do what we can to make sure people get their rooms sorted out without too much trouble. It's not the most exciting job, but it's important for the people going on vacation. We've seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood lately too. There are new shops opening up and more traffic than there used to be.
