We are based on S. B. Road in Pune, specifically in the Icc Trade Tower. Our office is number 102 on the first floor of the A-Wing. It's a large building, so it took us a little while to get settled in. We handle premises and property matters here. Even though the building is big and looks quite modern, we keep things pretty simple in our own office. We spend a lot of time looking at contracts and floor layouts. Pune is a fast-growing city, and being at 411016 puts us right in the thick of it. We don't have a huge marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on managing the spaces we have. Sometimes the printer jams when we're trying to get a lease ready, or the coffee machine acts up, but we get through the day. People come to us when they need a place to run their own business or just some space to work. We try to be straight with everyone who walks through the door. It's about being practical and getting the details right. Dealing with commercial premises involves a lot of back-and-forth, but that is what we are here for. We aren't trying to change the world; we're just trying to make sure the offices we manage are in good shape for the people who use them.
