Texam Projects Llp is located in Koregaon Park. We are in building B16, flat number 5. If you know the area, S No 32 is where we are tucked away. Koregaon Park is a famous part of town, known for its trees and nice cafes, but we are just here to work. Our office is a simple flat. We’ve turned it into a workspace for our project management tasks. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. There are piles of files on the dining table we converted into a main desk. We spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails about various projects. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours. We like the vibe of this neighborhood. Even though it’s a residential building, it works for us. We don't have a big fancy sign outside. Most of the people we work with already know where to find us. We don't go in for corporate jargon or polished speeches. We just talk like normal people. If there's a problem with a project, we try to fix it quickly. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the endless paperwork. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in forms, but that's just the nature of project work. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a solid place to be based.
