We set up our little office here in Sant Nagar, Lohegaon, right in Shop No. G-13 of the Ozone C Wing. It is a busy spot in Pune and we have been at it for a while now. Most days you will find us just dealing with the usual paperwork and talking to folks who come by looking for a bit of land or maybe some help with a building project they got going on. There isn't much to say about us other than we work here every day. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first started out around S No. 73/2. It used to be much quieter but now there is traffic and new shops everywhere you look. We just try to keep things moving along and handle what comes our way. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the phone calls and meetings but that is just how it is in this line of work. We aren't big city types with fancy suits or anything like that. Just regular people trying to do a decent job with the land and the buildings we manage. If you are ever walking past the Ozone building, you’ll see our sign. It’s nothing special, just a place where we get our work done and try to make sure everything is handled the right way for the people who trust us. Building things takes time and we know that better than anyone else does.
