Teknova Buildcon Llp is based out of the Nucleus Mall on Church Road. We’re in suite F 2, right near the GPO. It’s a handy location since the mall is easy to find and everyone knows where the post office is. Being in the 411038 area of Pune means we’re central enough to get to our various construction sites without too much trouble. The mall atmosphere is a bit different from a standalone office, but it’s convenient for visitors. We aren't one of those massive firms with a lot of layers. It’s a pretty small team here. We spend our time looking at drawings and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong on a site, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just life in the building trade. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. We’re just regular people trying to build things that last. The office at Nucleus Mall is where we drink too much tea and try to stay on top of the schedule. Church Road gets pretty busy, especially in the afternoons. We’ve grown used to the noise. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next project on the list. If you need us, we're the ones in the mall with all the rolled-up papers and dusty boots.
