Tejas Developers LLP is based out of Sadashiv Peth in Pune. If you have ever been to this area, you know how the streets are, a bit narrow and always something going on. We are in the White House building at 1482 Sadashiv Peth. It is one of those spots that feels very much like the heart of the old city. We have been working from here and it suits us fine. There is no corporate lobby or anything like that. Just a door and some people working inside. We spend a lot of time on our projects, mostly focusing on the practical side of building things. Usually, someone is on the phone or looking at a drawing on the table. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of stuff going on at once but we manage. People in the Peth area know where to find us. We don't go in for much of the shiny marketing stuff you see elsewhere. It is just a straightforward office where the work gets done. We have been part of this neighborhood for a bit now and we like the vibe here. It feels real. Sometimes we just sit and have tea while talking about the next steps for a site. It’s a very local way of doing business and we wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind as it comes.
