Techstone Constructions Llp

We are located in the Bibewadi area of Pune. Our office is E5-1102 in Lake Town, which is near State Bank Nagar. It’s a nice residential part of the city, so it doesn't feel too crowded compared to the center of Pune. Techstone Constructions is our small operation where we work on building projects. The office has a homey feel to it since it’s inside a residential complex. We have a couple of computers and a large table where we spread out our blueprints. Pune weather is usually decent, so we often keep the windows open to let in some air. We spend a lot of time discussing design changes and material costs. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. Sometimes we have to drive out to various parts of the city to check on our sites, and the Pune traffic can be a real headache. We usually have some snacks in the drawer because we often work through lunch. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a practical space where we can focus. Most of us have been working in construction for a long time, so we know the local suppliers and workers pretty well. We don't make big claims about what we do, we just try to build things that last. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. It’s a good place for a small business like ours to operate from day to day and keep things moving.
