Techno Vision Developers is located right near Dange Chowk in the Terga area. If you know this part of town, you know how busy that intersection gets at almost any hour of the day. Our office is tucked away just enough to escape the loudest of the honking, but we are still right in the middle of everything. We have been here since the neighborhood started growing really fast. We spend most of our time looking at floor plans and talking to people about where they want to live or invest their money. It is a small office with a couple of chairs for visitors and a computer that’s seen better days. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. Usually, we just sit down with a glass of water and talk through the options. Terga has changed a lot over the years, and we have seen a lot of these plots turn into big apartment buildings. It’s hard work keeping track of all the new rules and paperwork, but it’s what we do. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving out to see sites around Dange Chowk. It gets dusty and hot, but that’s just how it is when you’re in the development business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a steady place where people can come to figure out their property stuff without a lot of fuss.
