We’ve been set up here at Girija Subhash Nagar for a while now. It's right in Shukrawar Peth, which stays pretty crowded since the Swargate Bus Stand is just around the corner. We spend most of our time dealing with education stuff and helping people figure out where they can get a job. It's not a huge fancy office or anything, just a practical place where we keep track of different courses and placement lists. Some days it gets noisy outside with the traffic, but we just get on with the work. People walk in looking for advice on what to study next or asking about job openings they heard about. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We know the Pune area well and how the local job market moves around. It’s mostly about sitting down with students and talking through what they need. We don't use big words or make huge promises, we just see what’s available in the database. Our spot in the building is easy to find if you know where the bus stand is. It's a busy part of town but it works for us. We've seen a lot of people come through these doors over the years, some looking for their first job and others trying to switch careers. We just keep the lights on and help whoever walks in from the street. It’s a simple life here in the office.
