Career Crossroads

Career Crossroads is tucked away in the Ganga Nagari Apartments in Pune. It’s at number 24, and it’s a fairly quiet spot considering how busy the rest of Maharashtra can get. We’ve been here for a while now, helping people figure out their next steps. It’s a small office, nothing too grand. We just have some desks and some chairs where we sit and talk to folks about their jobs and where they're headed. We don't use any of those big corporate slogans or anything. We just talk like normal people. The apartment building is a bit older, and it feels like a real part of the community here. Sometimes it’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but usually, it's fine. We spend our mornings looking through files and our afternoons meeting with people. It’s a steady pace. We like being in Pune; it has a good energy to it. Most of the time, it’s just us working through the daily tasks and making sure everything is in order. We don't have a big marketing budget, so most people find us just by knowing we are here in Ganga Nagari. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Just a simple office for simple conversations about careers. We hope to stay here for a long time.
