Shiksha Sachdev

My name is Shiksha Sachdev and I run things between a couple of spots. The address is listed for Koregaon Park but also down at PalanpurPatiya Rander Road in Surat. It sounds like a lot of traveling, and honestly, it is. I spend a lot of time on the road or organizing things from my desk. It’s not a big company with a hundred employees. It is mostly just me and a little bit of help when things get really hectic. Whether I am in the busy streets of Pune or over in Surat, the work stays the same. I started doing this because I wanted to see if I could manage it on my own. Some days are better than others. There are times when the paperwork piles up or the phone won't stop ringing, and then there are quiet afternoons where I can actually get some planning done. I don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s usually just a simple workspace where I can keep track of my clients and my schedule. The PalanpurPatiya area is quite a walk from the main center, but it’s where I’ve set things up for now. I just try to be honest with people and get the job done right without making things too complicated. It’s a bit of a juggle, but I’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over time and I enjoy the independence it gives me.
