TBS Casa LLP is tucked away in Shivajinagar, over at Raj Palace. It’s a busy part of Pune, and we’ve been here at Plot No 208 for a while. Our office is just Flat No 2, which suits us just fine. We aren't one of those massive firms with a whole skyscraper. We are just a local team doing our thing in the city. Pune is growing so fast, and we just try to help out where we can. Most of our days are spent coordinating different tasks or checking on progress at various spots. Shivajinagar is a good central location for us. It’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here, though the traffic can be a real pain sometimes. We handle a variety of work, mostly centered around residential stuff. We aren't into big speeches or fancy brochures. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what can be done. It’s a lot of practical thinking and problem-solving. Some projects go smoother than others, but that is the nature of the business. We are just a group of people who enjoy seeing things get built properly. If you are in the neighborhood near Raj Palace, you might see our sign. We keep things pretty low-key. We just want to do honest work and stay busy. That’s the goal every morning when we open up.
