We are based in the Wadgaon Budruk area of Pune. The office is near the Hanamghar Chal in Tukai Nagar. It is a busy neighborhood where we have been for a while. Operating as Taniksha Infra, we deal with development and infrastructure projects. This involves a lot of coordination with local authorities and planning out sites. Pune is growing fast and Wadgaon BK is seeing a lot of that action. Our office isn't much to look at but it is where we keep our maps and meet the team. Most of our time is spent out on the actual project sites. Dealing with land and construction takes a lot of patience. Things rarely go exactly as planned so we take it one day at a time. We are not a big corporation with many layers. If you come by, you will talk directly to the people making the decisions. Many of us have lived in Tukai Nagar for a long time. Having that local connection helps when we are working on development. We just focus on doing the work that needs to be done without any fuss. Traffic on the way to the sites is often the toughest part of the day. We just keep moving forward. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the vendors nearby before heading out for inspections. It is a simple routine that works for us. We just want to finish the developments we started.
