You can find Tanaya Property over on Sinhagad Road, specifically at 9/B1 in Prasad Park. We are right near the HDFC Bank, which makes it easy for people to spot us when they’re driving through the area. Working in property isn't really like what you see on the news. Most of it is just sitting around, answering the phone, and then driving out to show a flat to someone who might or might not like it. Sinhagad Road is always packed with people, so we spend a lot of time in traffic. We know the buildings around here like the back of our hand. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new shops opening and old ones closing down. Our office is a small spot where we keep all the files and keys. It’s not some glass-walled skyscraper office. It’s just a place to sit down and talk about rent or buying a small space. We deal with regular folks looking for a home or a place for their shop. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever because of some small detail, and we have to go back and forth a few times. That’s just the way things work with real estate. We don’t do big fancy ads; we mostly just talk to people who live in Prasad Park or nearby. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way because we know the neighborhood and the people who live here.
