Our place is at S.No. 31/3 in the Shiddheshwar Prasad Building over in Dhankawadi. It is not a huge office, just a couple of rooms where we handle the business for Taljai Basil Developers Llp. We have been working in the Dhankawadi area for quite some time. We know the streets and the people around here pretty well. We are just a group of friends and family who decided to start a development business together. It is not always smooth sailing. We argue about things sometimes, and the office can get pretty loud when we are all in at once. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We do not use any of those fancy marketing terms because we don't really see the point. We just focus on getting the buildings finished. The building we are in is a bit older, but it is sturdy and it suits us. We spend a lot of our time checking on sites and making sure the workers have what they need. It is hard work and the sun can be brutal during the day. But we enjoy seeing a project come together from nothing. We are just normal people trying to build things properly without a lot of extra fluff or corporate nonsense. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
