Syniversal Infra Private Limited

Syniversal Infra Private Limited is located out in the Bavdhan area of Pune. We are on the eighth floor of Wing C in the Zinnea building. The address has a bunch of survey numbers like 20/3/3 and 20/3/5, but most people just find us by looking for the Zinnea complex. Being up on the eighth floor in flat number 803 gives us a bit of a view, which is nice when things get stressful. Bavdhan is a growing part of Pune, so there is always some new construction happening nearby, which fits since we are in the infra business. Our office is basically a modified apartment space. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much tea and a main room where all the desks are crammed in. We don't have a corporate vibe at all; it’s more like a group of people working hard in a shared space. There are usually stacks of papers on every available surface and a few whiteboards covered in scribbled notes and numbers. The 411021 pin code area is a bit quieter than the center of Pune, but it still has its share of traffic. We like being a bit further out. It’s a simple setup where we focus on our projects without much distraction. We don't go in for fancy titles or polished presentations; we just deal with the reality of building and infrastructure tasks as they come.
