We are located in the Camelot building, specifically in Flat No 401 of Building A/6. It is right opposite the Mhada Colony in Vimannagar. Pune is a busy place, and this area is no exception. Our office feels more like a home because it is actually in an apartment complex. We do all our property development services from here. You’ll usually find a few of us sitting around the main table sorting through documents or checking on project updates. The view from the window is mostly of the other buildings in the colony. It’s a convenient spot because we are close to the main parts of town. We’ve had this office for a bit, and it suits our needs well. We don't go for anything too flashy. There’s a tea stall nearby where we usually get our afternoon drinks. Most of the day is spent coordinating with contractors or checking on site progress. Being in Vimannagar means we see a lot of people coming and going. It’s a grounded way to work. We handle the local property stuff without any big corporate speeches. It’s just us doing our jobs every day. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, but we don't mind the wait. We keep things simple and focus on the tasks at hand. It is a practical space for a practical business, and that’s how we like it. We try to keep the desk clutter down, but there are always new folders appearing.
