Symphony Music Academy

You can find us at 10/1/B on G K Marg in Warje Malwadi. It is a place where there is almost always some kind of music playing in the background. Symphony Music Academy has a few rooms set up for different instruments. It’s not a professional soundproof studio or anything fancy like that. You can often hear a guitar from one room and someone on the drums in another. It gets a bit loud sometimes, but the neighbors are mostly used to it by now. We’ve been here for a good while. The floors are a bit worn from all the students coming in and out over the years. We have instruments leaning against the walls and sheet music scattered on the tables. It is a bit of a mess sometimes, but it feels right for a music school. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a shiny lobby. It is just a place for people who want to learn how to play something. We have students of all ages, from little kids to older folks who finally have time for a new hobby. The street outside can be busy, but once you are inside, you just focus on the notes. We try to keep the instruments in tune, though it is a constant task with so many people using them. It’s a simple, local spot where we enjoy what we do and try to help others enjoy music too.
