Symbiotic Developers LLP is our company, and we’re based in the Baner area of Pune. Our office is on the 4th floor of Urban Crest, Flat No. 401. It’s located at S.No. 38/1. Baner has grown so much lately, and being right here in the middle of all the new shops and apartments keeps us on our toes. We work as developers, which involves a lot of different tasks every day. Some days we are stuck in the office doing paperwork and other days we are out at the construction sites checking on the progress of the walls and plumbing. We aren't a massive firm with a lobby full of awards or anything. We’re just a small team trying to build decent spaces. The office at Urban Crest is where we do all the thinking and planning. It’s a good spot with a decent view of the neighborhood. We don’t use any fancy sales talk or corporate lingo. We just tell it like it is to anyone who asks. Building stuff in Pune takes time and a lot of patience with all the various steps involved in the process. We focus on the local area because we know it well and live nearby. Most of our day is spent coordinating with architects and workers on the ground. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage to get through it. We’ve been in Baner for a while and we like how the community is turning out. It’s a straightforward business. We just want to see our projects through.
