Our office is currently set up at Narshin Niwas, right in Flat No 2. It’s near Mowli Math in the Anandnagar area of Pune. Amruta Shekhar Yadav helps us manage things here. It's a pretty quiet residential-style setup, which suits us just fine. We don't need a huge storefront to do what we do. We’re partners working on building projects and helping things run a bit smoother in the construction world. Pune is a big place, but we mostly stick to the neighborhoods we know. Our days involve a lot of coordination between different workers and suppliers. It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes things show up late or the plans need a quick change. We just handle it as it comes. We aren't interested in sounding like a big fancy firm. We’re just local folks who know a bit about building and want to do a decent job. The area around Anandnagar is nice, and being near Mowli Math makes it easy for people to find the building. We keep our paperwork organized in the flat and spend the rest of our time out where the actual work is happening. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the independence of it. No suits, no long board meetings, just getting the building work done. That's us in a nutshell, just working through the daily tasks one at a time.
