Syadri Landmarks

Syadri Landmarks is based over in Kothrud, right by the Golwala Market 2 area. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now, dealing with local property and land matters. Kothrud is a busy part of the city, and being near the market means there is always something going on outside our door. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a place where we sit down with people to discuss plots and buildings. We spend a lot of our time going through paperwork or visiting sites to see how things are progressing. It’s a practical business, and we try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone who walks in. The real estate market in this area changes a lot, so we have to stay on top of what is happening on each street. We don't have a big sales pitch or any of those polished brochures. Usually, people find us because they live in the neighborhood or they’ve heard about us from a friend. We just talk to people like normal neighbors and try to help them find what they are looking for. It can be a bit slow some days, and other days we are out on the field from morning until dark. We’ve lived in Kothrud ourselves for a long time, so we know the roads and the people pretty well. It’s just how we do business here at Golwala Market. We keep the doors open and wait for whoever needs help.
