Swaroop Niketan

We are over at 70 Saraswati Vilas, which is very close to the Hujurpaga School in Narayan Peth. If you know the area, it's one of those old parts of town with narrow streets. We have been here for many years. The building is old, and it has that specific smell of old wood and paper. Swaroop Niketan is basically just our family place where we do our business. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Most people who come here have been coming for a long time. They know where to find us. Narayan Peth is a busy place during festivals, and we are right in the middle of it. Our rooms are filled with things we’ve collected over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous. We just do our work. Sometimes we sit on the porch and talk to the neighbors. It’s a very local way of living and working. The school nearby means there’s always kids running around in the afternoon. It keeps the place feeling alive. We don't use much technology here, just the basics. It’s an honest, quiet life. We just keep the doors open and see who stops by. We aren't fancy, but we have been part of this neighborhood for a long time now. It’s just home to us.
