Our place is located at SNO 54/9A in Golden Park, right near More Wasti in Manjari. Swarnavilas Infra is just a small private company we’ve got going here in Pune. We are specifically on Plot 13. It’s a growing area, and there's always something being built nearby. We spend most of our time dealing with the nuts and bolts of construction. It’s a lot of dusty boots and site visits for us. The office is where we do the planning, but we prefer being out where the work is happening. Manjari BK is a bit away from the main city center, which we actually like. It’s a bit calmer but still has everything we need. We've got a small team here. We handle the local projects, mostly making sure everything is up to code and the timelines are met. It’s not easy work, and there are always delays with supplies or weather, but we just deal with it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us, working out of this spot in Golden Park. We know the neighbors and the local shops. When we aren't at the office, we're probably at a site checking on the progress. It’s just how we run things. Simple, practical, and we keep moving forward one day at a time. It’s a lot of work but we have been doing it for years now.
