Swapnashilp Constructions Private Limited is located right here in Shirur, specifically at Flat Number 4 in Joshiwadi, house number 843. It’s a small office in a residential building, which suits us just fine because we’re not looking to impress anyone with a glass tower. Being in Pune district but out in Shirur means we get to work with a lot of local folks. Our day usually starts pretty early because the sun gets hot fast. We usually have people coming in and out all day, mostly contractors or people asking about new builds. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. It’s mostly just us looking over plans and making sure the sites are running the way they should. The office gets a bit cramped when we have all the files out, but it’s where all the real work happens. We focus on the practical side of construction, like making sure the concrete is right or that the workers have what they need for the day. Living and working in the same area means we really care about how the buildings turn out because we have to see them every single day. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve learned that the best way to get things done is to just stay focused on the project and handle the problems as they come up without a lot of fuss or unnecessary meetings.
