Swapnashilp Building Infra Private Limited is over in the Kasegaon area of Pune. Our office is at Sun View, specifically Fl No.A2-202 on S No.7/1 and 7/2. It is a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes with the Pune traffic, but we like the space we have. We have been working on all sorts of building and infra projects for a good few years now. The name is a bit of a mouthful, so most people just know us by the faces they see on the site. We are not some huge corporation with a fancy headquarters. Our office is just a regular place where we keep our files and meet with the guys. We spend a lot of time out in the sun and the dust. That is just the nature of construction work. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down or a delivery being late, and we have to scramble to fix it. We do not pretend to be perfect, we just try to do honest work. We know the local area around Kasegaon quite well and have seen a lot of development here. It is a lot of hard work, and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the day. We do not have any big mission statements. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid and done correctly. We keep things simple and focus on the job at hand.
