Our office is over at Thorat Pride, located on plots 37 and 38 at Survey No. 170 in the Mohinirajpu area of Pune. We’re in flat number 6. It’s a relatively quiet spot, which is good for getting through the mountain of paperwork that comes with these development ventures. We aren't a big, flashy company with a huge budget for advertising or marketing. Most of our energy goes into the actual projects we’re working on. We have a small, dedicated team that handles everything from site planning to the final inspections. It’s a lot of work for a few people, but we prefer keeping things close-knit. We don’t really use corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We’re just a local business trying to do things right. Pune is growing so fast, and we’re just trying to be a small part of that growth in a sensible way. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic when we have meetings with contractors, but usually, it’s just us working through the day’s tasks. We don’t have any grand slogans or missions. We just want to finish our projects and move on to the next one without too much trouble. It’s a practical approach to a tough business, and so far, it’s been working out for us. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan on changing how we do things.
