You can find us at Plot No. 10 in the Navsahaydri Society in Karvenagar. It is a bit of a residential area, so it stays a little quieter than the main roads of Pune. Svk Buildcon Llp is a small operation that focuses on building and construction work. We don’t have a big staff, so it’s usually just a couple of us handling the day-to-day tasks. The office is really just a base of operations. We are more likely to be found out on a site somewhere in the city rather than sitting behind a desk. We’ve been working in construction for a while now and we know that things rarely go exactly according to plan. There are always surprises when you start digging or putting up walls. We just take those things as they come. Our desks are usually covered in dust from the various sites we visit. We don't put much effort into making the office look fancy because that isn't really what our business is about. We’d rather spend that time making sure the structural work is done correctly. We know most of the people in the society and the local shops nearby. It’s a nice community to be a part of. We aren't looking to become some huge corporation. We just want to keep doing our work and building things that people in Pune can actually use. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy every single day of the week.
