Svg Builders Llp is based over in Shivaji Nagar, specifically on Dr Nanasaheb Deshpande Road. Our address is 1205/3/3, which is a spot we’ve called home for a while now. Pune is a great city to work in, especially an area like Shivaji Nagar where there's always something going on. We are a small group of people who just enjoy the process of building and developing properties. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in our office; it's mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of rolled-up plans. Every morning we start early because the traffic on the main road can get pretty bad later on. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and making sure the guys on the ground have what they need. It’s practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing because our reputation in Pune is built on just showing up and doing what we said we'd do. Sometimes we run into delays with supplies or city permits, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's about being steady and keeping things moving. People around here know us as the guys who are always on the move. We like the local food stalls nearby and often grab lunch while discussing our current projects. It's a busy life, but it's what we know. Being in Shivaji Nagar means we are close to everything we need. We've gotten used to the noise and the constant movement of people. It’s just how things are here and we wouldn’t change it.
