Suvarna Mithali Buildcon Llp

Our office for Suvarna Mithali Buildcon Llp is in Warje, Pune. To be exact, we are in Flat No 301, Plot No 42, which is part of Sushila Sadan. It’s located near the Shreevaranasi Co-operative Housing Society and is just behind Atul Nagar. It’s a residential area, so it feels very quiet compared to the main roads. We like working out of a flat because it keeps things low-key and comfortable. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us making sure our building projects are on track. Most of our time is spent coordinating between different sites and making sure the materials arrive. The 301 unit is filled with files and some old furniture we’ve had since the start. We don't feel the need to have a flashy office to prove anything. The Warje neighborhood is nice, and we’ve built good relationships with the neighbors in the society. Sometimes we have meetings in the living room area of the office. It’s all very informal. We don't have a marketing department, so we just talk to people as they are. We’ve been at this for a while and we just want to keep doing our work without too much drama. It’s about getting the job done and being honest with the people we work with. The daily routine is pretty standard, but we enjoy it. It is just us doing what we know how to do best.
