Suvan Group

We’re located in Pune, specifically at Sadashiv Peth. Our office is 502 in the Renata building, 2145, which is part of the Lm Bafna area. It’s a typical Pune office space, maybe a bit cramped when the whole team is in, but we like it. Sadashiv Peth is an old, busy part of town, so there is always something happening outside. Suvan Group is mostly just us working on various property and development projects around the city. We spend a lot of time on the phone or stuck in Pune traffic going between different sites. The office at Renata is where we do all the planning and the boring stuff like bookkeeping. It’s on the 5th floor, so we get a bit of a view, though mostly it’s just other rooftops. We don’t have any fancy brochures or anything like that. If someone wants to know what we do, they usually just come by and we talk about it over tea. It’s a more relaxed way of doing business, which suits us just fine. We’ve been in the Sadashiv Peth area for a while, so we’re used to the narrow streets and the pace of life here. It’s a good community to be a part of. We just keep working away on our projects, trying to get things done without too much fuss. Most of the time, we’re out looking at new spots.
