We are based in Mukund Nagar, right on the ground floor of the Pushakaraj building. You’ll find us at 31 Mukund, just across from Dr. Pandit’s place. It’s a pretty standard office setup, nothing too fancy, mostly just desks and a lot of rolled-up drawings. We spend our days dealing with various development projects around Pune. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the traffic outside. Most of our work involves checking on sites and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s a small team here at SUSHILP DEVELOPERS LLP. We know the neighbors and the local shops around Mukund Nagar quite well by now. Usually, someone is always out at a project site while the rest of us stay back to handle the phone calls. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that because we prefer to keep things simple and focus on the actual work. If you drop by, you might catch us having tea or debating over a blueprint. It’s just how we run things here. We’ve been at this address for a while and it suits us fine. There’s no big corporate vibe, just us trying to get the buildings up and the projects finished on time. We take it one day at a time, making sure we don't miss any small details. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the guys on the ground.
