You can find Sushila Developers at Survey No. 15/70 in Ambegaon. We are situated right across from Chanvravain 5, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. The office is just a regular place where we manage our development projects. Ambegaon has been growing a lot lately, so we’ve had our hands full with different sites. We aren’t really the type to sit in a fancy boardroom; most of our best work happens right there at the survey site or in our small office space. We started this because we saw how much the area was changing and wanted to be a part of building things here. It’s a lot of coordination with contractors and making sure the materials are up to par. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or something else, but we just deal with it as it comes. We’ve got a small crew and we all do a bit of everything. You might see us out on the road more often than behind a desk. We’ve lived and worked around Ambegaon for a long time, so we know the land here pretty well. It’s not always easy, and there are some long days, but seeing a project actually get finished is a good feeling. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next step in the build. It is honest work and we like doing it right here in our own neighborhood.
