Surus Buildcon Private Limited is based out in Pune, specifically in the Chinchwad MIDC area. We share space at the Sardesai Engineering Pvt Ltd building on Plot 3B in the D1 Block. Chinchwad is a heavy industrial zone, so our surroundings are mostly factories and other engineering firms. It’s a very practical place to be for a buildcon company. Our office is straightforward and no-nonsense. We have the usual equipment needed to run a construction business, like computers, desks, and filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time coordinating with engineers and site managers from this office. The atmosphere in MIDC is very work-focused, which suits us just fine. We aren't interested in a fancy corporate image; we just want to make sure our projects are moving along as they should. The roads around here can be a bit rough with all the heavy trucks and dust, but that’s just part of being in an industrial belt. We have a small, dedicated team that has been working together for a long time. We tend to handle everything ourselves, from the initial planning stages to the final checks on the ground. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we prefer keeping a close eye on everything rather than leaving it to chance. We just come in, do the work, and head home at the end of the day. It’s a simple, honest way of doing business in Pune.
