We are based in Pune, specifically over in Narayan Peth. Our office, number 506, is in the Vishwaneel Apartment building near Raman Baug. This is an old, busy part of the city. Surajya Pate Developers Llp is what we call our small operation. We work on different building and development projects around the area. It’s a lot of looking at plans and making sure the sites are running okay. Narayan Peth is a crowded place, but we like it here. It feels like the heart of the town. We aren't doing anything flashy. It’s mostly about managing the day-to-day tasks of construction. Sometimes we’re at the office all day, and other times we’re out checking on progress. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. It’s not a corporate vibe at all. We just wanted to build things in our own city. Most of our work is right here in Pune. The streets are narrow around Raman Baug, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a puzzle sometimes. We just deal with those little problems as they come up. We don't have any big slogans. We just try to do the work that needs doing. Being in Vishwaneel Appt keeps us close to everything. We’ve been here for a bit and plan to stay for a while, just keeping on with our building projects.
