Super Bay Fisheries & Agri Llp is located in Viman Nagar, Pune, over at the Elegant Classic building in Sakore Nagar. It’s a bit of a different setup because we are right in the city, but we deal with fisheries and agriculture. Viman Nagar is usually known for IT parks and fancy cafes, but we are here doing the practical work of managing food supply chains. We handle fish and farm products, which means we are always worried about timing and temperature. It’s a fast-moving business. You can’t let things sit around. We aren't a polished corporate office with a receptionist. We are usually busy on the phone or checking on shipments. We started this because we saw how hard it was to get good quality fish and produce into the city markets. It takes a lot of coordination with people on the coast and in the fields. Some days everything goes wrong—trucks get stuck in traffic or a shipment is late—but we just deal with it and move on. It’s not the kind of job you do if you want to stay clean and sit in a quiet room all day. It’s loud, fast, and sometimes a bit chaotic. We are just a small team trying to keep the business moving in a busy place like Pune. We don’t have any big mission statements or fancy goals. We just want to get the products from the source to the customer.
