V H L Poultry Farms

V H L Poultry Farms is found at Plot No-66, which is right near the Industrial Estate No.3 in Gatachi Wadi. It’s a bit out of the way, but that’s how poultry farms usually are. We have quite a bit of space here at Plot No-66. The work is constant. There are no holidays when you are looking after birds. We are up before the sun most days to check on things. Gatachi Wadi is a quiet area, mostly just fields and other industrial plots nearby. The smell is something you get used to after a day or two. It’s a very hands-on job. We spend our time cleaning sheds, feeding, and making sure everything is running okay. The road leading to the farm isn't paved very well, so it gets bumpy and muddy when it rains. We don't have a fancy office, just a small room where we keep our boots and some records. It’s a family effort for the most part. We aren't trying to be the biggest farm around, we just want to do our work properly. The birds keep us busy enough that we don't have time for much else. People from the Industrial Estate sometimes stop by to say hello or ask for eggs. It’s a hard life but it's honest. We’ve been here at Plot No-66 for a long time and we know the land well enough to keep going.
