Sunpharma R & D

We spend our time over at Rushiraj, Sr No 13, in the Suresh Hole Colony. It’s in Satavwadi, part of the Hadapsar area, often listed as Hadapsar/N on official mail. Being in an R&D spot means there’s a lot of focus on technical things, but the office itself feels pretty ordinary. We have labs and testing areas, of course, but there’s also just a lot of desk work and meetings. The building is tucked away a bit, so it's not like we get people just walking in off the street. It’s mostly scientists and office staff here. We don't have a corporate vibe in the sense of suits and ties. Most of us are in comfortable clothes because we’re working with equipment all day. The floors are easy to clean, which is a necessity given what we do. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here if you’re coming from the center of the city, but it’s quieter, which helps with the concentration. We don’t do big advertisements. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Some of the equipment is top-notch, while other parts of the facility are starting to show their age. We just make it work. It’s a lot of trial and error, a lot of taking notes, and a lot of coffee. We aren't trying to change the world overnight; we just take it one day at a time at our own pace. It is what it is.
