We are located out in Nere, specifically at Survey No.123, Plot No.12. It’s in the Dattawadi area. If you know Pune, you know it's a bit of a drive out here, but it's where we work. We are in the construction business, or "Nirman" as the name says. We deal with buildings and land. It’s a lot of outdoor work and coordination. Nere is a developing area, so there’s always something happening with the land around here. Our office at M No.365/1 is pretty basic. We don’t need anything fancy because we spend most of our time out where the work is actually happening. We are a local team. We know the soil and the people around this part of Dattawadi. It’s not a fast-paced corporate life. It’s more about steady progress. Some days the weather is against us, or we have trouble getting the right materials delivered to the site. We just take it as it comes. We aren't looking to be the biggest name in the state. We just want to build things that stay standing. It's practical work for practical people. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just do the construction work and try to stay organized in the process. We hope to see more of our projects coming up in the local landscape as the months go by. It is just honest labor for us.
