Flat 7 at Audumbar Apartment is where we run things for Suncondo Construction. It’s located on Plot No. 26 in Bhosari. Working out of an apartment keeps things simple and low-key. We don't need a huge storefront because our real work happens out at the sites where the concrete is being poured and the walls are going up. Bhosari is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us looking at maps and checking the budget. We’ve been doing this for some time now, and we’ve learned that things rarely go exactly as planned in construction. There’s always a delay or a change in what a client wants. We try to be flexible about it. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of people; we’re a smaller team that knows each other’s names. We focus on getting the structures built properly so they last a long time. It’s hard work, and the sun can be brutal when you’re out there all day, but it’s satisfying to see a building go from a hole in the ground to something people can actually use.
