Sumedh Buildinfra Private Limited

We are based in Wadgaon Budruk which is on the edge of Pune city. Our office is C-24 in the Ashish Apartment on survey number 14/15. It is a nice enough area but the roads are often dusty because there is so much new construction going on around us. We are one of the companies involved in that building work. We focus on buildinfra projects and infrastructure. There are only a few of us working in the office most days. We have a couple of computers and a lot of maps and drawings of the local land. Wadgaon has changed a lot since we first arrived here. It used to be mostly open fields but now it is covered in apartment buildings just like the one we are in. We spend our days coordinating with the laborers and making sure the sites are running smoothly. It involves a lot of driving around in the heat. We do not have a polished image or a fancy website. Our boots are usually a bit dirty from being out on the construction sites all day. We just want to get the buildings finished so people can move in. The office in Ashish Apartment is our home base where we can get out of the sun and drink some tea. We know the Pune property market very well. It is not about being the biggest company but about being reliable.
