You can find us in Baner, up on the seventh floor of the Pride Purple Accord building. We are right next to Hotel Mahabaleshwar, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. Sulalit Builders LLP has been operating out of this Pune office for some time now. It’s a pretty modern building, but inside, we keep things very straightforward and practical. We spend our hours looking at project timelines and talking to our site supervisors. Construction in a place like Baner is fast-paced because the whole area is growing so quickly. We see new buildings going up every week near us. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to visiting sites. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Usually, people find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing our boards at various spots. We just focus on the building side of things and making sure we don’t run into too many hiccups. Sometimes the Pune traffic makes getting to the office a bit of a chore, but once we’re here at 701, it’s all about the work. We try to be fair and just do what we said we would do. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know how to do best in the real estate world.
